Assembly - Flex™

Assembly-Flex™ is located in Tucson, Arizona and also in Nogales Sonora, Mexico with our partners Ccibuta Manufacturing services. Our core competency is the manufacturing and components assembly of diverse product lines including the utilization of semi and full automation capabilities for the low and high volume orders. Through our sister company Automation EZ™, we can custom design and fabricate the right equipment according to the customer needs.

Experience

Our staff and partners have several years of experience in diverse products manufacturing in USA and Mexico, new products development, implementation and supplier development. Our Operations Manager is a ISO-9001:2000 Lead Auditor, Lean practitioner and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Assembly-Flex™ leverages all our combined knowledge and integrates to our manufacturing and assembly processes the following concepts: Quality mistake proofing "Poka-Yoke", Lean (Toyota Production System) ). Our common goal is to optimize the uptime, quality, productivity and the safe operation of the equipment.

Contract Manufacturing Opportunities.

We at Assembly-Flex™ will be happy to explore contract manufacturing opportunities with our clients. Depending on the client needs we can assemble the product in our facility in Tucson, AZ or with our partners facility in Sonora, Mexico, depending which location serves our customers better for faster delivery of their components and/or a “just in time’ program.

Custom Made Automation Equipment

Product Assembly Semi or Full Automation Equipment Alternatives.

Assembly-Flex™ Management offers our clients a few alternatives for their product assembly requirements. Depending upon the degree of complexity of the product assembly, the volume and the contract lenght commitment, we can offer you the following Contract Manufacturing models:

The client can provide their own equipment, fixtures etc and we will assemble the product.

We evaluate the assembly process and determine what percentage will be assemble manually, with fictures and or semi automation.

We can work with our sister company Automation EZ™ to design and build the semi or full automation equipment necessary to assemble the components. This option provides two avenues the clients could purchase the new automation machine from Automation EZ™ or Assembly -Flex™ will own the equipment and assemble the product at our facility.

If interested in purchasing the equipment, we can put you in contact with our Equipment Finace Chase bank representative and she will work with you thru the equipment finance process.
